YiJu Lawyer Meihua ZHOU Was Engaged as A Drafter of the Group Standard of “Compliance Evaluation and Certification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”

Recently, Meihua ZHOU, lawyer from Beijing YiJu Law Firm, was engaged as the drafter of the group standard of Compliance Evaluation and Certification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and will soon participate in the preparation of the group standard of Compliance Evaluation and Certification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, contributing her personal strength to the smooth development of this project and the scientific and reasonable formulation of the standard. 

The drafting of the Compliance Evaluation and Certification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises led by the Enterprise Compliance Research Institute of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, with China National Institute of Standardization (affiliated to the State Administration for Market Regulation) and Zhihe (Shanghai Zhihe Network Technology Co., Ltd.) as the drafting sponsors. In future, this Standard will be used to support the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, industry associations and other social organizations to carry out compliance evaluation activities for small and medium-sized enterprises, and will play an important role in promoting the national small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen the construction of compliance management system, accelerating the improvement of compliance management level of small and medium-sized enterprises, and ensuring the sustained and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises, etc.
